My friends and I have stayed at Rashad’s place twice now on an annual PC gaming retreat, and we can’t say enough good things about it. It’s huge, has a wonderful pool, tons of comfortable rooms, 2 great kitchens and 8 PCs you can easily spend all day gaming on. Rashad is also a very friendly, accommodating, and responsive host. We’ll definitely be back.

Rashad was very responsive! The house has a mother-in-law area with the LAN room and upstairs suite. When we had trouble logging into the Xbox, Rashad called right away and had contingencies for getting hooked up.
We traveled with 7 adults and 3 kids and everyone loved the pool - the slide was a hit! The gate keeping the pool separate was very nice as the kids could run around without worrying that they would get in the pool.

Rashad’s Nomad Gamer pad was exactly what I was looking for to host my buddies for a weekend of gaming and good times. The house is exactly what it looks like in the photo, and the pool is even better in person. We had such an amazing stay and Rashad always responded to any of my questions within 5-10 minutes. I would suggest this house to anyone who loves gaming and good times!

Rashad was an incredible host and made our wedding unforgettable. We slept 15 family members in the house comfortably, and managed to host our wedding reception in the backyard for 42 people with ease. It never felt overcrowded and everyone had such a good time. On top of the space, the games and amenities kept us very entertained. Having two kitchens was also a huge bonus. What was most important, however, was the service that Rashad and his team provided. They gave me the opportunity to tour the house early so we could get some measurements and map out our event. Additionally, he is very prompt at responding to questions and concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is incredible. His team will fix any issues you encounter, so don't be afraid to reach out. You will not find a more dedicated host and I cannot thank him enough for making our day special. I highly encourage anyone who is looking to stay in Phoenix to select Rashad's house. You will not be disappointed.

Rashad was an exceptional host—very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The property itself was amazing—clean, stylish, and even better than advertised. It was the perfect home base for our time in the city. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This is a great airbnb for a large group with a variety of interests. The pool was clean and the slide was great fun. There were lots of pool floaties and toys provided. The house was well stocked with regular towels and pool towels, and there was soap and shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom. There were lots of game consoles, and our group enjoyed the gaming PCs as well. All the bedrooms came with lots of linens, blankets and extra pillows. There are two full kitchens, plus a grill outside that we enjoyed using. Rashad was very communicative and responsive to my questions, and he helped us with anything that came up during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd be happy to stay there again.
